HOUSE BILL NO. 169 "An Act relating to the review of proposed                                                                   
regulations by the Legislative Affairs Agency; and providing for an                                                             
effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
